Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-13

These terms cover use of Skedo at skedo.work. By signing in, you agree to them.

What Skedo is

Skedo helps workers keep their work schedule on their phone, wrist, and calendar. You can submit a photo of a printed or paper schedule and have the shifts extracted, edit and view your shifts, and clock in and out. Skedo is provided as-is during early access; features may change or be removed without notice.

Account and access

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Your data

You retain ownership of the schedule data, photos, and clock events you submit. By using Skedo you grant us a limited license to store and process that data only to operate the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Disclaimers and limits

Skedo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Schedule parsing is best-effort and may produce errors; always verify shifts against the source schedule before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skedo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Skedo is not a substitute for any workplace attendance or payroll system of record.

Termination

You can stop using Skedo at any time and request account deletion by emailing kurtgoodfellow@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as Skedo evolves. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
