Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-13
Skedo is a worker-first shift scheduling tool at skedo.work. This policy describes what data Skedo collects, why we collect it, and how it is stored.
Data we collect
- Account identity. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and a stable identifier from that provider. We use this only to identify your account and display your name in the app.
- Shift and workplace data you enter. Photos of paper or printed schedules you submit are processed to extract shift times, employer name, and role. The resulting structured data is stored against your account; the original photo is retained only as long as needed to complete the parse and audit the result.
- Clock events. When you clock in or out of a shift, we record the timestamp and whether you manually edited it.
- Technical logs. Standard server logs from our hosting providers may record request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and availability monitoring.
Data we do not collect
- We do not access your Google or Apple contacts, calendar, email, photos library, or files.
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not use third-party analytics that profile individual users.
Where your data lives
Account and shift data is stored in our Supabase project on AWS infrastructure in the us-west-1 region. Authentication is provided by Google and Apple via standard OAuth. Schedule images are processed by an in-house parser running on Supabase Edge Functions.
Your choices
You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing kurtgoodfellow@gmail.com. Signing out and revoking Skedo's access in your Google or Apple account settings will prevent further sign-ins.
Changes
Skedo is in early access. We may revise this policy as the product evolves; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do.
